Modular belt S.25

We offer a large selection of different modular conveyor belts, which are stocked with belts divisions of 6, 12, 25, 50 or 75 mm are an expression of the metric distance from plastic split to plastic split. Modular conveyor belts are manufactured from a series of standard plastic modules, which are constructed in a brick pattern and then joined together with a plastic split. Compared to traditional conveyor belts, modular conveyor belts are easy to service and repair, as the modules can be assembled and disassembled for cleaning purposes. The modular construction also means that we can accommodate all lengths and widths, and construct the belt from different module types, such as modules with/without studs, coating, carriers, side edges, etc. – only your imagination sets the limits. 

Modulbåt s.25 is a durable, flexible and efficient modular conveyor belt that comes in a variety of different combinations. S.25 belts are used as a starting pu for light/medium (increasing and horizontal) transport as well as for smaller transfers, as the conveyor belt has a pitch of 25 mm. The modules are stocked in standard widths of 6, 10, 20 or 25 mm, and can be manufactured in the materials polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polyoxymethylene (POM), each of which can withstand different temperature conditions. PE can withstand temperatures from -73°C to +66°C, PP can withstand temperatures from +5°C to +100°C and POM can withstand temperatures from -43°C to +95°C. Modular conveyor belts are used especially by the food industry, due to the modules' easy-to-clean and wear-resistant properties. (These belt types are gapproved for food transport according to FDA (Food & Drug Administration), FSIS (Food Standard Inspection Service) and EU Regulation No. 1935/2004).
