These terms of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods on fecconsulting.dk for delivery in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt by email for our receipt of your order. FEC Consulting reserves the right to change or cancel an order after ordering due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure, fair-use clause and similar situations.

Ordering and payment
fecconsulting.dk is open 24 times a day, and you can therefore almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the store due to maintenance. You can only make online purchases when the store is open and available. You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart". You can correct the contents of the shopping cart right up until the actual pu of ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the items. Any additional payments for, for example, shipping will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay. You are obliged to provide a correct address for the delivery of the items. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, FEC Consulting reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.

Cancellation of orders
fecconsulting.dk may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be notified if such a situation arises, and any payment or reservation made with a payment method will be returned/cancelled.

Available by products
All orders are subject to availability. Should there be any problems with delivery or if an item is no longer available, we reserve the right to send a replacement product of the same or better quality and size, which can be used for the same purpose, without your consent and without prior notice.

Freight
The delivery time stated under the individual products is an estimate in accordance with the conditions prevailing at the time of the offer/agreement. FEC Consulting reserves the right to postpone the delivery pu or cancel the order if the reason is due to circumstances for which FEC Consulting is not responsible.

At FEC Consulting we strive to deliver standard products within 2-10 business days and custom-made products within 1-3 weeks. The delivery time for your order will be stated on the order confirmation you receive by email. The stated delivery time is ex-factory.

The delivery time to Denmark is stated under the individual product and can vary by up to 3 working days. When purchasing multiple items, the delivery time is pu on the item with the longest delivery time. When delivering to countries other than Denmark, the following additional delivery time is imposed:

For shipments to the Faroe Islands, approximately 6 - 10 extra working days are required.
For shipments to Greenland, approximately 15 - 25 extra working days are required.
For shipments to Norway, approximately 3 - 6 extra working days are required.
For shipments to Iceland, approximately 5 - 10 extra working days are required.
For shipments to other EU countries, approximately 1-5 extra working days are required.

The carrier delivers your goods to the delivery address you have specified. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Delivery is via different shipping companies. The delivery time may therefore vary and is stated under the individual product. The delivery time is therefore an estimate that assumes that the goods/material are in stock at the individual factory (may vary for larger quantities). There may also be external factors such as traffic or accidents that can push the delivery time pu . We use the shipping companies TNT, UPS, Postnord and GLS, depending on the type of product. If you have any wishes regarding which shipping company is used, please contact us and we will try to meet your wishes.

Before delivery, please make sure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive your package. If no one is home, the carrier will take the package back and either try to deliver it again the next day, or place it at your nearest parcel shop. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, an additional 1-3 days of delivery time will be expected due to new route planning.

The shipping cost depends on the delivery method and supplier. You pay 99.00 DKK as standard for shipping to all of Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. For deliveries outside Denmark, the price may vary. The price will be automatically indicated when you enter your delivery address during the order process.

If the packaging is damaged upon delivery or has clear signs of being defective, receipt must be acknowledged on the consignment note, subject to any damage to the contents. If acknowledgement is made without objection, no later complaints can be made about transport damage to the goods.

When you trade as a business (B2B)
To trade as a business on fecconsulting.dk, you must first have requested a business account, after which you will be given a login to the webshop. You can request a business account via one of our forms on fecconsulting.dk. All prices are shown as a starting pu excl. VAT. However, the price can also be read incl. VAT. The minimum amount for a purchase on fecconsulting.dk is 500 kroner excl. VAT and shipping (APPLIES ONLY TO BUSINESSES). There is NO right of withdrawal when you buy as a business.
Goods will not be returned unless a written agreement is made. Such an agreement must be made in writing with the acceptance of our department manager Kathrine Lambjerg-hansen. If it is agreed that goods can be returned, return shipments must be in unbroken and undamaged original packaging with the original invoice number and date stated. FEC Consulting reserves the right to deduct a return fee of 20% of the invoiced price or a minimum of DKK 100 per returned item line when crediting. Parts that cannot be recycled will be deducted from the credit note. A credit note with a value of less than DKK 300.00 will not be issued.

Validity and application The following terms and conditions apply to all offers, sales and deliveries from FEC Consulting, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Price

All prices are stated for customers with login in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT and any taxes and duties, unless otherwise stated. If sales are agreed in foreign currency, FEC Consulting reserves the right to change prices due to changes in exchange rates.

2. Payment

Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice. After the due date, interest is calculated at 2% per month commenced plus compound interest. In addition, a reminder fee of DKK 100.00 is added. The buyer is not entitled to offset the purchase price unless the counterclaim has been acknowledged in writing by FEC Consulting. If the buyer's ability to pay is significantly impaired in FEC Consulting's opinion, FEC Consulting is entitled to demand security for the purchase price.

3. Retention of title

The seller reserves, with the limitations resulting from mandatory legal regulations, the right of ownership of the goods sold until the entire purchase price plus accrued costs has been paid to the seller.

4. Delivery

Delivery is at the buyer's expense and risk, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packaging such as pallets and pallet frames are charged for each shipment. FEC Consulting does not accept pallets and pallet frames for return. The delivery time is std by the seller at its best estimate in accordance with the circumstances existing at the time of the offer/conclusion of the agreement. Standard stock items are normally shipped the same day or the following day.

5. Cancellation

The order, which is manufactured in whole or in part according to the buyer's instructions, cannot be cancelled.

6. Missing

In the event of defects, the buyer must make a written complaint to FEC Consulting no later than 8 days after receipt. The buyer loses the right to claim defects in the goods sold if the complaint has not been made within 12 months after commissioning, a maximum of 18 months after delivery. FEC Consulting is not liable for operating losses, loss of profit or other financial losses incurred by the buyer or third parties as a result of the defect.

7. Product liability

FEC Consulting is not responsible for the buyer's use of the sold item. FEC Consulting is not liable for operating losses, loss of profit or other financial consequential losses incurred by the buyer or third parties as a result of defects in the sold item. A claim for compensation or a claim for a proportionate reduction against FEC Consulting cannot exceed the invoiced amount for the sold item.

8. Return

Goods sold by FEC Consulting can only be returned after prior written agreement and after assignment of a return order number. If this is not met, the goods will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Returned goods must not be damaged or have been used, and the packaging must be intact. Only goods that are not customized will be returned. For all returned goods, a fee of at least 20% of the invoiced price or a minimum of DKK 100 per returned item line will be calculated. Parts that cannot be recycled will be deducted from the credit note. Credit notes with a value of less than DKK 300.00 will not be issued. Purchased goods and outgoing goods will not be returned.

9. Documents

All information and data in FEC Consulting's general sales material, either in writing or electronically on fecconsulting.dk, including drawings, product descriptions and dimensions, cannot be considered to contain guarantees, either directly or indirectly, and are only binding to the extent that they are expressly referred to in a written agreement. We reserve the right to make corrections in data from suppliers and FEC Consulting's own documentation.

10. Force majeure

FEC Consulting is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill agreements entered into as a result of force majeure, including war, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, export or import ban, seizure, currency restrictions, fire, vandalism, natural disaster, general shortage of goods or anything else that FEC Consulting has not been able to avoid and the consequences of which FEC Consulting has not been able to avert. Either partner may terminate an agreement in writing when fulfillment has been impossible for more than 2 months due to force majeure.

11. Applicable law and venue
    Any dispute between the partners will be settled according to Danish law.

When you shop as a private individual (B2C)
To shop as a private individual on fecconsulting.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. All prices are shown as a starting pu excl. VAT. However, the price can also be read incl. VAT. We do not charge a card fee and the amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped. The minimum amount for a purchase on fecconsulting.dk is 500 kroner excl. VAT. + shipping

14-day right of withdrawal
When you shop at fecconsulting.dk you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to std the nature of the goods. It is not permitted to break seals, seals or protective packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can use our standard cancellation form, which is available at fecconsulting.dk. IMPORTANT
We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have cancelled. When returning, you should ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the shipping company and any groove and trace number.

If the item has lost value, and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to std nature of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get any shipping costs back. For example, missing original packaging can constitute a decrease in value, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging. All labels must be on the item.

FEC Consulting “FAIR USE” CLAUSE
If FEC Consulting has reason to suspect that the customer is engaging in abuse, fraud, harassment, excessive/pathological purchasing behavior, we will reject the order with reference to this “fair use” clause. Suspicion is in this context based on a number of objective, non-discriminatory criteria, including: A weighing/weighting of purchase frequency, order composition, return composition, use of free delivery and returns, delayed returns/not picked up orders, alleged missing items in shipments either outgoing or incoming, multi-returns (ordering and returning identical items repeatedly), attempts to circumvent a previous rejection, use of a false or someone else's identity. We emphasize that the behavior is at the same time systematic, and not random/isolated. The identification of purchasing patterns that must be considered abnormal and outside the scope of what we consider to be “behabelt purchasing behavior and purchasing culture” is done via an algorithm based on a number of different parameters. If a customer is identified by the algorithm, we will assess on a case-by-case basis whether a customer should be refused to place an order with FEC Consulting – either for a period of time or forever. If we recognize unbehabelt purchasing behavior as described above, we reserve the right to refuse to enter into transactions with the customers in question and/or put the customers in question on hold. As in any case, a transaction is only finally concluded with FEC Consulting when we have sent an “order confirmation and receipt”. The “fair use” clause does not prevent customers from returning, but may in specific cases prevent customers from purchasing. The “fair use” clause is therefore not applied to orders that have already been accepted.

Refund
When we receive the goods, we will check them and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us for the purchase within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.

NOTE:

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has diminished because

• You have actually used the product.
• It was damaged while you were in charge of it.
• You have handled the goods in a way other than was necessary to std the nature, properties and function of the goods.
• You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc.

If an item is returned in violation of our return policy, we are not obligated to refund you for the item.

Complaints – If there is something wrong with the product
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Purchase Act, including the rules on defects. This means that, depending on the specific situation, you can have a defective product repaired, exchanged, get your money back or get a reduction in the price. According to the law, you have a 24-month right to complain. However, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. You must contact us within a “reasonable time”. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and at the latest within one week after the goods have been received.

In order for us to assess your complaint, we will ask you for the following:

• Please send us a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred. Please note that you should contact our customer service as soon as you discover the defect.
• To document the defect, you must send 4-5 pictures along with the description.
• The defect must be clearly visible in at least one of the photos. In addition, you must ensure that your photos show the entire product, once from the front and once from the back.
• Send the pictures by email to info@fecconsult.dk
• Please provide the order number the item was purchased with – or attach a copy of the order confirmation/receipt
• After we receive your photos, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.

In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs by sending the item back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all transport costs yourself, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and you must receive a receipt for shipping. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any groove and trace number.

Discount codes (Vouchers)
We periodically offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for limited periods and may be subject to special conditions. The codes may be limited to use only in connection with specific products, categories or brands.

When using a discount code, you must purchase for the minimum amount specified. If you purchase for less than the minimum amount specified, the difference will not be refunded. Any discount code you wish to use must be entered during the purchase process before paying for the order. You cannot have a forgotten discount code credited after the order has been placed. Only 1 discount code can be used per order.

Discount codes are not personal and can only be used by the holder. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, vouchers or similar.

In the event of fraud, attempted fraud or in the event of suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with the redemption of discount codes, we are entitled to cancel the discount code, cancel the order on which the discount code has been used and block your ability to shop at fecconsulting.dk permanently.

Personal data
To be able to shop at fecconsulting.dk, you must provide at least:

The above data will be stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Accounting Act, after which the information will be deleted.
