The lifespan of a round belt depends on the quality of its splicing, and in this context it is essential to use the right tool when assembling and welding a round belt. By having the right welding tool, you can ensure that your belts have the right conditions to last as long as possible and to transmit the most power possible. In some cases, it is not possible to disassemble an application in order to replace, service or clean a belt on the machine - and it may therefore be necessary to be able to assemble round belt directly on the machine. Our welding tool is specially developed for servicing round belts on site, which minimizes long downtimes and the costs associated with this.
