Slide rails for round belts
Slide rails are an efficient and flexible solution for controlling both round belts and PU V-belts. The system is available in many variants – including single rails or C-profile rails – and can be supplied in different widths and dimensions to suit your specific application.
The advantage of slide rails is that they provide stable and precise longitudinal control while reducing friction between belt and rail. The result is a quiet and durable system that does not require ongoing maintenance and is resistant to dust and dirt.
Our Nonfric slide rails are made of high quality polyethylene (PE) and are available in both green and black. When installing, it is important to take into account the thermal expansion of the material - calculate approx. 2 mm per 12 °C per meter.
