Timing bars

We have a large selection of AT5 timing bars in stock, manufactured in aluminium 6082 T6 UNI 9006-4, also available in stainless steel. An AT5 timing bar is used together with an AT5 timing belt. A timing bar is used to manufacture timing belt pulleys that are wider than what is available in the standard range.

An AT5 timing bar is used in many different industries, often in machine tools, packaging machines, printers, conveyor systems and in the food, paper and glass industries. Standard AT5 timing bars are available in aluminum and can alternatively be manufactured in steel, depending on the profile. We can also supply custom-made timing bars according to your specifications and in desired materials such as POM, PEEK and nylon. Standard AT5 timing bars are manufactured in a length from 140 mm to 160 mm depending on the number of teeth on the timing bar.
