Timing Belt Pulleys

At FEC Consulting we can supply a wide range of timing belt pulleys in bushing design for HTD timing belts with metric tooth pitch (tooth pitch of 5, 8 or 14 mm) from stock. We sell HTD 14M timing belt pulleys in standard widths of 40, 55, 85 and 115 mm, so-called Taper-lock (TB) bushings, which function as a locking mechanism for fastening pulleys. The bushing has a conical shape and an internal cylindrical bore with H7 tolerance and a standardized groove.

14M indicates the tooth spacing, also called the pitch, which is an expression of the distance in millimeters from "center tooth" to "center tooth". HTD, which stands for "High Torque Drive", is a standard pulley that is compatible with an HTD and RPP timing belt. An HTD timing belt is also available in a reinforced version, with two or four times the tensile strength, ensuring greater efficiency and precision. HTD timing belt pulleys are used, among other things, in machine tools and in the paper and textile industries, where long durability and minimal maintenance are needed.
