Metal teeth are used to attach a carrier to a timing belt and ensure synchronized transport of your workpieces.
Metal teeth are mechanically applied and are suitable for timing belt drives where workpieces must be positioned with great accuracy and precision. When a mechanical attachment of a carrier is made, the existing tooth is milled away and replaced with a metal tooth. A damaged timing belt can also be quickly and easily replaced directly on the machine, without first disassembling the application. Metal teeth for T10, AT10, T20, AT20 and HTD 8M, H timing belts are made either in brass as illustrated in the picture or in stainless steel.
