Cast PU timing belts

Fully cast PU timing belts, endless on special dimensions called a flex timing belt. Megadyne MEGAFLEX PU timing belts are fully cast timing belts with steel reinforcement, made of thermoplastic polyurethane. This type of timing belt guarantees good driving properties and a high tensile strength. These timing belts are particularly suitable for power transmission and transport systems with high loads and speeds. Megadyne MEGAFLEX timing belts are available from 1500 mm to 25,400 mm in length.

MEGAFLEX timing belts are available with nylon coating on the teeth and back. Our endless and integrally molded polyurethane timing belts increase the belt's properties and reduce noise and friction. An additional coating is also possible on the back of the timing belt, providing extra friction and greater precision.
