The tensile strength
Pull-opposite in carriers is approximately 2 Newton per 2mm of attached carrier

Our carrier is attached using a chemical process, which means that we do not need to mount the entire carrier at once, and we therefore do not need to make cumbersome undercuts under each profile, which reduces the life of the timing belt.

Chemical application of carriers

As something quite extraordinary, we can offer chemically welded attachment of carriers. This results in the belt itself not having any visible bead. There are several advantages to using chemically welded carriers:

• Chemically welded carriers are particularly suitable for the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in other industries where bacteria must not be able to settle and grow.
  
  
• With this type of attachment of the carrier, you can achieve a tolerance of up to +/- 0.2 mm. The advantage is that you achieve a particularly high precision compared to traditional friction welded carriers.
  
  
• The chemical welding makes it possible to weld only parts of the carrier, so it is not necessary to adjust the carrier by cutting it with, for example, a knife or pliers. This avoids damaging the base belt and thus shortening the belt's service life.
