Molded AT10 timing belts
Molded AT10 PU timing belts, endless on special dimensions called a flex timing belt. Megadyne AT10 MEGAFLEX PU Timing Belts are fully molded timing belts with steel reinforcement, made of thermoplastic polyurethane. This type of timing belt guarantees good driving characteristics as well as a high tensile strength. These timing belts are especially suitable for power transmission and transport facilities with high loads and speeds. Megadyne MEGAFLEX AT10 timing belts are available from 1500 mm to 25,400 mm length.
MEGAFLEX AT10 timing belts can be supplied with a nylon coating on both the teeth and the back. Our endless and molded AT10 polyurethane timing belts enhance the belt’s performance while reducing noise and friction. An additional coating on the back of the belt is also available, providing extra grip and improved precision.
