Cast RPP8 timing belts
Fully cast RPP8 PU timing belts, endless on special dimensions called a flex timing belt. Megadyne RPP8 MEGAFLEX PU timing belts are fully cast timing belts with steel reinforcement, made of thermoplastic polyurethane. This type of timing belt guarantees good driving properties and a high tensile strength. These timing belts are particularly suitable for power transmission and transport systems with high loads and speeds. Megadyne MEGAFLEX RPP8 timing belts are available from 800 mm to 22,000 mm in length.
MEGAFLEX RPP8 timing belts are born with a nylon coating on the teeth. Our endless and one-piece RPP8 timing belts with PAZ/NFT in polyurethane increase the properties of the belt and reduce noise and friction. An additional coating is also possible on the back of the timing belt and provides extra friction and greater precision.
