Description

Endless T10 PAZ PU timing belt with welded joint.

PU timing belt in profile: T10 PAZ endless with welded joint, Endless assembled timing belt is also called a welded timing belt. The thermoplastic pu material from which pu timing belts are made can be heat welded (splice timing belt) together to form an endless timing belt. A finger joint is 80 or 120 mm long depending on the timing belt profile and can achieve a tensile strength of up to 50% of an endless cast timing belt without a joint. By welding an open timing belt (sold by the meter) you get an endless assembled timing belt, of any length. The area of ​​application is primarily for conveyors and conveyer systems with and without a carrier and for material handling and long light transmissions. PU timing belts are made of polyurethane, which has a strong wear resistance. The different types of cords in the belt ensure different tensile strength, regardless of the task.

T10 Timing belts in Polyurethane, have a reliable transmission ability. Sheep with a layer of nylon can be applied to the tooth side PAZ and on the back side PAR. A layer of different coatings can be applied to the back side to solve different tasks. We can also mount carriers on the back side to solve different traction tasks.

It is possible to assemble an open timing belt with a melting tool into a welded timing belt according to your desired length.
