Accu-Link V-belt

We offer adjustable Accu-Link V-belts that combine superior strength and durability with easy and quick installation. With the Accu-Link system, it is possible to construct V-belts in all lengths and sizes, as the V-belts are built from a number of standard modules that can be assembled and disassembled as needed. This provides great flexibility in connection with splice, cleaning and service, without compromising tensile strength and durability. Accu-Link splice V-belts are resistant to salt, chemicals, oil and grease, making them suitable for harsh environments. They are used in a wide range of applications, for example in metal, wood and glass applications, as they can withstand temperatures from: -25°C to +80°C.

The modules are made of durable polyurethane ( PU ) and with a polyester reinforcement that extends the life of the V-belt. With Accu-Link V-belts, quiet running is also achieved, as the surface absorbs shocks and vibrations. The modules are stocked in fixed widths and heights in the types 3L/Z, 4L/A, 5L/B and C, where the Z-profile measures 10x6MM (WxH), the A-profile measures 13x8MM (WxH), the B-profile measures 17x11MM (WxH), and the C-profile measures 22x14MM (WxH).
