BanFlex® - 3M, 5M, 7M, 11M
Bando Banflex® V-belts are factory-cast V-shaped transmission belts made of high-performance polyurethane ( PU ). They are designed for modern and compact drive systems where high demands are placed on flexibility, precision and efficient power transmission. The belts' 60° wedge profile ensures stable positioning in the V-belt pulley and efficient friction-based operation – unlike timing belts that rely on tooth meshing.
The Banflex® series combines the advantages of classic V-belts and ribbed belts and is particularly suitable for applications where high speed, low vibration and quiet operation are required. Thanks to the belt's compact design and diagonally grooved back, it can easily be used in systems with small pulleys and short center distances - without compromising performance or service life.
