BX v-belts - 17x11 MM

An XPZ V-belt is a one-piece, V-shaped transmission belt with high flexibility and traction, which, like other friction belts, is driven by friction - in this case the friction that occurs in the wedge. V-belts in XPZ profile are produced in durable neoprene rubber with a fiberglass reinforcement and guarantee an efficient belt drive, as its shape ensures the position of the belt in the pulley. 

We sell a large selection of PIX X'set® V-belts in XPZ profile, which is a timing narrow V-belt measuring 10 millimeters in width and 8 millimeters in height. This type is manufactured with teeth that make them ideal for small pulley diameters, as the teeth ensure a good grip in the pulley. The series of PIX X'set® V-belts in XPZ profile is developed for drives with a linear speed of up to 42 m/sec and is used, for example, in compressors, pu , fans, generators, heat exchangers and industrial drives. The XPZ profile is maintenance-free and does not require retensioning after installation.

PIX X'set® V-belts are manufactured in accordance with current ISO & DIN standards and are stocked in standard sizes that can be machined to your specifications and cut to your desired dimensions on request. PIX X'set® V-belts in XPZ profile withstand temperatures from -25°C to +100°C. Its durable material ensures high oil and heat resistance while being antistatic and rustproof. XPZ V-belts are REACH and RoHS compliant and can be used in accordance with Directive 94/9/EC-Atex.
