Our SPZ V-belt pulleys are suitable for efficient power transmission in industrial applications where compact solutions and stable operation are required. We sell both V-belt pulleys with fixed hub and V-belt pulleys for taper-lock bushing, so you can choose the solution that best suits your machine or application.
As standard, our SPZ V-belt pulleys are supplied in cast iron, steel or aluminium, and we can also offer special production in stainless steel or nylon on request. This ensures flexibility in terms of both environment, load and application.
Our range includes SPZ V-belt pulleys with 1–6 grooves for taper-lock bush in sizes from 1008 to 5050, with standard shaft diameters from Ø9 to Ø100 mm. We also offer SPZ V-belt pulleys without taper-lock, either as raw pulleys or with customized drilling according to your specifications. All SPZ V-belt pulleys can be manufactured to special dimensions and according to drawings, making it easy to find the right solution for both standard and special applications.
In our own workshop we offer professional machining and adaptation of SPZ V-belt pulleys. We carry out, among other things, drilling, spline, groove for v-guide, hub shortening, pinion screw and installation of locking ring. This gives you a fully adapted V-belt pulley that is ready for quick and precise installation.
