A PIX Force® classic automotive V-belt in AVX17 profile is a solid V-shaped transmission belt with high tensile force, which, like other friction belts, is driven by friction - in this case the friction that occurs in the wedge. The series of PIX Force® classic automotive V-belts in AVX17 profile measures 17 millimeters in width and 11.5 millimeters in height - and is stocked in standard lengths from 600-5080 mm, which can be machined to your specifications and cut to customer-specific dimensions on request. 

We sell a large selection of PIX Force® classic automotive V-belts in AVX17 profile, which is a Cogged V-belts that is ideal for small pulley diameters, as the teeth ensure a good grip in the pulley. The AVX17 profile is made of durable neoprene rubber and with a fiberglass reinforcement that cannot rust. Automotive V-belts are used, for example, in cars, generators, compressors, water pu , fans and power steering pu - and are suitable for HEMM (Heavy Earth moving machinery) applications.

AVX17 automotive V-belts are oil and heat resistant as well as antistatic, which means they cannot rust. The profile is also maintenance-free and does not require re-tensioning after installation. PIX Force® classic automotive V-belts are produced in accordance with current ISO & DIN standards and can withstand temperatures from -45°C to +120°C. The AVX17 profile is also REACH and RoHS compliant and can be used in accordance with Directive 94/9/EC-Atex.
