Double V-belt BB - 17x14MM
A PIX Duo®-XS classic double V-belt in BB profile is a one-piece, V-shaped transmission belt with high flexibility and traction, which, like other friction belts, is driven by friction - in this case the friction that occurs in the wedge. V-belts BB profile are produced in durable neoprene rubber with a fiberglass reinforcement and guarantee an efficient belt drive, as its shape ensures the belt's location in the pulley.
We sell a large selection of PIX X'set® V-belts in BB profile, which is a classic narrow V-belt measuring 17 millimeters in width and 14 millimeters in height. The series of PIX X'set® V-belts in BB profile is developed for drives with a linear speed of up to 42 m/sec and is used, for example, in compressors, pu , fans, generators, heat exchangers and industrial drives. The BB profile is maintenance-free and requires no retensioning after installation.
PIX X'set® V-belts are manufactured in accordance with current ISO & DIN standards and are stocked in standard sizes that can be machined to your specifications and cut to your desired dimensions on request. PIX X'set® V-belts in BB profile withstand temperatures from -18°C to +80°C. Its durable material ensures high oil and heat resistance while being antistatic and rust-proof. BB V-belts are REACH and RoHS compliant and can be used in accordance with Directive 94/9/EC-Atex.
