Hygienic
Our elastic and monolithic conveyor belts for the food industry are extremely hygienic due to their innovative and revolutionary MICROclean surface design, which with its non-porous surface and structure, ensures a more hygienic cleaning of the surface. Its surface is actually so microscopicthat the structure can only be seen using a magnifying glass, which means that dirt and grime do not settle on the surface and cause contamination of your food.
Resistant
A woven reinforcement of a conveyor belt is not necessary with our elastic PU and TPE conveyor beltOur new elastic conveyor belt eliminates the risk of the tissue absorbing liquids, which in the worst case can cause the layers to separate, which can lead to unnecessary wear and tear of the belts. We only use selected high-quality materials to manufacture our belts, which ensures exceptional high resistance to hydrological degradation and other chemical conditions.
Easy to assemble
Our elastic conveyor belts are easy to install, as the belt can be welded on site by the customer himself, using a welding machine or a hot air welding unit/press. The conveyor belt's soft and non-woven material also means that the belt can be easily adapted to the application, as the belt can be cut to size. Our elastic conveyor belts can be supplemented with our large selection of corrugated edges, v-guides and carriers, ensuring you a flexible and stable belt solution
Certified
Our elastic belts can be used throughout the food industry and comply with national and international standards for direct and indirect contact with food products (FDA/EC approved). In other words, our elastic conveyor belts reduce the risk of harmful bacterial growth compared to traditional fabric-reinforced conveyor belts, ensuring that your production complies with HACCP principles and standards for quality and food safety.
