Food-approved timing belt with carriers

Timing belts with carriers are particularly suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries, as they do not absorb liquid when exposed to, for example, cleaning agents. At the same time, they do not release chemicals to the items that may pose a health risk or cause a deterioration in the taste, smell or composition of the item. The timing belts are available in all lengths and the location of the carriers can be adjusted at desired intervals.
Food-approved timing belt for direct food contact
We offer open and integrally molded PU timing belts for both direct and indirect food contact. We are a dealer of Megadyne's products, where we sell open Megalinear FC timing belts and integrally molded Megapower FC timing belts, among other things. All open PU timing belts can be welded to endless timing belts in your desired dimensions. In addition, we offer brands such as BRECO, which also covers a wide range of food-approved PU timing belts. Food-approved BRECOprotect® timing belts and flat belts are available in AT5 , AT10, AT15, AT20, T5, T10, T20 and F3.
Food-approved timing belts are produced in durable polyurethane ( PU ) from 88 to 92º Shore A and are manufactured in accordance with EU 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, EU 174/2015 and the American food safety agency FDA. All food-approved timing belts are manufactured as a starting pu in blue material, which is your assurance that any parts from a defective timing belt can be easily and quickly identified.
