Modular conveyors MBF-P 2040

The MBF-P 2040 modular belt conveyor is available in widths from 200 mm to 1000 mm. Modular belt conveyors are extremely robust and can be used in a wide variety of ways for almost all transport applications. Modular belts are hard-wearing and can even be used to transport goods with sharp edges or to transport goods in harsh working environments. The conveyor system also offers different chain materials to make it suitable for food, suitable for high temperatures or resistant to cold or chemicals.

The MBF-P 2040 modular belt conveyor can support very heavy loads, even with a small belt width, due to their positive drive mechanism. In addition, the guides along the sides of the conveyor can absorb lateral forces, allowing items to be moved diagonally. An additional advantage is that liquids from the transported product can drip through the chain, making cleaning the modular chain belt quick and easy.

All modular belts are of course available in traditional materials such as Polyethylene (PE), Polyacetal (POM) and Polypropylene (PP). All standard materials are FDA and EU approved for direct contact with food.
