We stock a large range of open timing belts in RPP profile, which are suitable for power transmission and transport with high loads and speeds. Timing belts in RPP profile are manufactured with a deep trapezoidal tooth profile and a recess at the top of the tooth, ensuring a good grip in the pulley and minimizing the chance of tooth displacement. The recess at the top of the tooth also reduces noise during operation. RPP timing belts are compatible with HTD timing belt pulleys .

RPP has a metric tooth pitch and is divided into the profiles RPP5, RPP8 and RPP14 profile. Open timing belts in RPP profile are made of durable white thermoplastic polyurethane in 92 ShA, as well as with a strong reinforcement in steel, Kevlar, stainless steel. RPP5 and RPP8 are also available with HP (high power) reinforcement. The durable thermoplastic material is resistant to oil, grease and petrol and is temperature resistant from -25 degrees to +80 degrees.
RPP profiles are stocked in standard widths. Other belt widths can be manufactured on request. RPP5 is available in 10, 15, 25, 30, 50 and 75 millimetre widths. RPP8 is available in 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 85 and 100 millimetre widths. RPP14 is available in 40, 55, 85, 115 and 150 millimetre widths.
RPP timing belts can be advantageously equipped with a nylon coating that is mounted on the teeth or on the back of the timing belt, which improves driving characteristics and reduces noise and friction. An open RPP timing belt can be assembled into an endless timing belt to your desired dimensions, which can be done mechanically, or by welding the timing belt together. The timing belt can either be produced with a welded finger joint, or you can buy your own welding kit and weld the timing belt yourself. You can also have the timing belt assembled mechanically with a pin joint, which makes it possible to easily and quickly mount the timing belt directly on the application.
