Open timing belt PU

We offer open timing belts in T10 profile (total protection) with encapsulated reinforcement, which means that the timing belt cannot rust. The profile is manufactured without keyways between the teeth, which makes it suitable for use in wet areas such as car washes. This profile type has a wide trapezoidal tooth profile and a tooth pitch of 10 millimeters, which is an expression of the metric distance between each tooth. Timing belts in T10 profile ensure high efficiency and traction as well as increased precision, as they are manufactured with a wider tooth profile and stronger reinforcement. The profile is manufactured in accordance with ISO 17396.

 

T10 timing belts total protection, are made of durable white thermoplastic polyurethane in 92 ShA, and with a strong l-reinforcement in steel or Kevlar. The durable thermoplastic material is resistant to oil, grease and petrol, and is temperature resistant from -25 degrees to +80 degrees. The profile is stocked in standard widths of 16, 25, 32, 50 and 75 millimeters. Other widths can be manufactured on request. AT10 can be assembled into an endless timing belt to your desired dimensions, which is either done mechanically or by welding the belt together. The timing belt can either be welded with finger joints, or you can buy your own welding kit and weld the timing belt yourself. You can also have the belt assembled mechanically with pin joints, which means that you can easily and quickly assemble the timing belt directly on the machine.
