Timing Belt Pulleys

In stock we have a large selection of timing belt pulleys in T, AT, HTD, MXL, XL, L and H profile, which are sold as standard in aluminum, steel and cast iron and which can be produced in stainless steel and plastic, e.g. POM or nylon, on request. We also sell Eagle/SilentSync with arrow teeth and PolyChain/Falcon profiles. All profiles can be manufactured to special dimensions, in other materials and with a surface treatment of your choice. We also offer timing bars in aluminum and stainless steel as well as clamping plates for open timing belts in meter sizes. All timing belt pulleys , timing bars and clamping plates are manufactured in accordance with ISO 5294-1989. 

We can supply a wide range of timing belt pulleys for taper-lock from stock with metric tooth pitch in HTD profile in 5M, 8M and 14M as well as with inch pitch in L and H profile. Taper-lock is available in sizes from 1008 to 5050, with standard shaft diameters from Ø9 to Ø100 mm.

We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard timing belt pulleys according to your specifications, sketches and drawings with, among other things, splines, hub shortening, grooves for v-guides and drilling for shaft, pinion screw and locking ring. Timing belt pulleys can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by machining stocked standard timing belt pulleys or timing bars according to your wishes.
