AT5 Taper-lock 25MM
We can supply from stock a wide range of timing belt pulleys improved for taper-lock for AT5 belts that have metric tooth pitch. A taper-lock bushing acts as a locking mechanism for fastening pulleys, and compensates for any tolerances on the shaft. The bushing has a conical surface and an internal cylindrical bore with H7 tolerance as well as a standardized groove and a finished bore with a key.
We sell a wide range of AT5 timing belt pulleys with taper-lock, with or without pilot bore. " AT5 " indicates the tooth pitch, also called pitch, which is an expression of the distance in millimeters, from center-tooth to center-tooth. AT5 timing belt pulleys , with a width of 25 mm, allow sizes from 1008-2012. The bushing is made of fine-grained cast iron GG25.

When installing: Clean the surface of oil and any dirt and place the bushing in the drive element. Then loosely insert the screws into the threaded holes, after which the drive element is placed on the shaft. Tighten the screws alternately with an Allen key. After a short period of operation, check the tightening.
