HTD 8M Timing Belt Pulleys

We have a large selection of HTD 8M timing belt pulleys in stock, which are made of steel with steel flanges. They can be made of stainless steel and plastic in, for example, POM or nylon on request. Timing Belt Pulleys are supplied both with and without pilot drilling. We also offer timing bars in HTD 8M profile in aluminum and stainless steel. The HTD 8M profiles are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many different applications, especially for outdoor use, for example for door systems, hand tools, etc.  

An HTD 8M timing belt pulley is used together with an HTD 8M timing belt or an RPP8 timing belt. HTD 8M pulleys are available from stock for immediate delivery and fit HTD 8M timing belts in widths of 20 mm, 30 mm or 50 mm, 85 mm. We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard HTD 8M profiles according to your specifications, sketches and drawings with, for example, splines, hub shortening, grooves for v-guides and drilling for shaft, bearing, pinion screw and locking ring.

All HTD 8M timing belt pulleys can be custom manufactured in other materials and sizes and with a surface coating of your choice. HTD 8M timing belt pulleys can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by machining stock standard timing belt pulleys or timing bars to your requirements.
