HTD 8M Taper-lock - Belt width 30MM

We offer clamping bushings for HTD 8M timing belt pulleys with a belt width of 30 mm, so-called Taper-lock (TB) bushings, which act as a locking mechanism for fastening pulleys. 8M indicates the tooth pitch, also called the pitch, which is an expression of the distance in millimeters from "center tooth" to "center tooth". HTD 8M timing belt pulleys with a belt width of 30 mm, allow TB numbers from 1008-2517, with shaft bores from Ø25 to Ø65.

HTD, which stands for "High Torque Drive", is a standard pulley that is compatible with an HTD and RPP timing belt. An HTD timing belt is also available in a reinforced version, with two or four times the tensile strength, ensuring greater efficiency and precision. HTD timing belt pulleys are used, among others, in machine tools and in the paper and textile industries, where long durability and minimal maintenance are required. All HTD timing belt pulleys comply with the REACH and RoHS directives.

When assembling, clean the surface and place the bushing in the drive element. Loosely insert the screws into the threaded holes and place the drive element on the shaft. Tighten the screws alternately with an Allen key. After a short period of operation, check the tension.
