T10 - Belt width 40MM

We have a large selection of T10 timing belt pulleys in stock for belt widths of 40 mm. A T10 pulley is used with a T10 timing belt that is 40 mm wide. All T10 profiles are made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges and can be made of stainless steel and plastic, e.g. POM or nylon, on request. Supplied with and without pilot drilling. We also offer timing bars in T10 profile in aluminum and stainless steel. T10 profiles for belt widths of 40 mm are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many different applications, e.g. linear guides, crane drives and transport systems. 

We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard profiles according to your specifications, sketches and drawings with, for example, splines, hub shortening, grooves for v-guides and drilling for shaft, bearing, pinion screw and locking ring. All T10 timing belt pulleys for belt width 40 mm can be specially manufactured in other materials and with a surface coating of your choice. We offer anodizing of timing belt pulleys in aluminum, including natural anodizing, hard anodizing and black anodizing. For timing belt pulleys in other materials, e.g. steel, we offer galvanized and chromated surface coatings. T10 timing belt pulleys for belt width 50 mm can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing structures by machining stocked standard timing belt pulleys or timing bars according to your wishes.
