Timing belts from BRECO ® are extremely suitable for power transmission, synchronization, transport and linear positioning. Timing belts from BRECO ® also called Brecoflex ® are available in an ATN version which makes it easy to mount carriers on the timing belt. The ATN timing belt system offers a multitude of different options. BRECO ® is one of the market's most innovative manufacturers of timing belts. BRECO ® timing belts are made of PU (polyurethane) but with a strong steel reinforcement. The removable profiles, which are mounted on the back of the timing belt as the carriers, can be individually replaced with a different size that suits the customer's needs.

BRECO ® ATN timing belts

Timing belts from BRECO® also called Brecoflex ATN ® is an easy way to mount carriers on a timing belt. The ATN timing belt system offers a multitude of different options. Breco is one of the market's most innovative manufacturers of timing belts. The newest product is called ATN and is developed primarily for transport. This belt type is made of PU (polyurethane) and a strong steel cord. The removable profiles, which are mounted on the back of the timing belt as the carriers, can be individually replaced with a different size that suits the customer's needs.

This is a good alternative to the old-fashioned splice method of welding on individual carriers. This technique offers completely new application possibilities that were previously impossible. Due to the special technique, different types of goods can now be transported on the same conveyor bars by exchanging different carrier profiles. We can splice Brecoflex® ATN timing belts at the factory in Germany and we stock the types: ATN10, ATN12.7 and SFAT10.

With Breco ® and ATN timing belt systems, you can mount carriers on the timing belts yourself according to your own wishes and measurements. We can also do this for you. ATN timing belts can be supplied with brass or stainless steel inserts.Standard AT10 timing belt pulleys also fit ATN10 timing belts. We can supply these timing belt pulleys from our stock. It is also possible to customize these timing belt pulleys with a special bore and groove.

BRECO ® SFAT timing belts

We have rolls of SFAT material in stock. We can splice these timing belts to the length you need. We can also customize these belts by attaching carriers to the timing belt or coating it with coatings from our coating program.
