MEGAFLEX ® T20 4680 - Fully molded PU timing belt

The Megadyne MEGAFLEX T20 PU timing belt with a length of 4680 mm and 234 teeth is an endless timing belt designed for precise power transmission and long durability.

This timing belt is made of durable polyurethane ( PU ) and reinforced with steel reinforcement, providing up to twice the tensile strength compared to a welded timing belt. It is ideal for high-speed applications, conveyor systems and heavy-duty machinery.

Customization and purchasing terms

• Minimum width 100 mm due to mold, always invoiced for a minimum of 100 mm
• Option for nylon coating on teeth and backside for reduced friction and noise
• Additional coating can be added to the backside for more or less friction.
