PU timing belts

We stock a large range of polyurethane ( PU ) timing belts for power and power transmission, we can offer the following profiles T2.5, T5, T10, AT5 and AT10 as well as double-timing profiles in T5 DD and T10 DD. The series of PU timing belts can withstand temperatures from -25°C to +80°C and is made of durable thermoplastic polyurethane in 88 ShA, which is resistant to oil, grease and petrol. The durable plastic material has a high wear resistance and lifespan while being maintenance-free. Depending on the given transport task and the items to be transported, the timing belt can be equipped with a coating of your choice, which is applied to the back of the belt. PU belts are available as standard with a reinforcement in Kevlar (simultaneously) or steel and can alternatively be manufactured with a stainless steel reinforcement in a food-approved version.

Polyurethane timing belts are primarily used for indoor production plants, but are also used in difficult and critical environments such as the pharmaceutical and food industries, where cleanliness and hygiene are a necessity. Food-approved PU timing belts are made of blue food-approved plastic material that can withstand aggressive cleaning agents and are produced with a stainless steel reinforcement. All PU belts are manufactured according to DIN 7721 and DIN ISO 5296.
