THE Optibelt ATC SYSTEM is a patented and cost-effective system solution for extruded polyurethane timing belts used for flexible transport applications.
As a result of several years of development work, it is now possible to transport different workpieces on the same drive. This is achieved with removable carriers that are screwed on by the customer. The ATC system also makes it possible to screw parts directly on, such as very precise metal holders. In addition, the removable carriers can transmit more forces. Removable carriers for the ATC SYSTEM are manufactured on request.
With the ATC system, an insert is placed into the tooth and is available in the ATC10 and ATC20 profiles.
PU timing belts are made of polyurethane, which has strong wear resistance. Steel cord in the timing belt, ensuring different tensile strengths, regardless of the task. ATC10 timing belts in Polyurethane have a reliable transmission ability. A layer of nylon can be applied to the tooth side. It is possible to assemble an open Optibelt® ATC10 timing belt with a melting tool to a welded timing belt of your desired length.
