MEGAFLEX ® AT10 5720 - Fully molded PU timing belt

The Megadyne MEGAFLEX AT10 PU timing belt, 5720 mm with 572 teeth, is an endless timing belt tailored for precise power transmission and long-lasting performance.

This timing belt is made of robust polyurethane ( PU ) and reinforced with steel cord, making it significantly stronger – up to twice the tensile strength of a traditional welded timing belt. It is perfect for high-speed applications, conveyor systems and machines operating under heavy loads.

• High-power reinforcement provides maximum tensile strength for heavy loads

Customization and purchasing terms

• Minimum width 100mm due to the mould. Can be adjusted to desired widths (example: 25 mm × 4 = 100 mm).
• Option for nylon coating (NFT/PAZ) on teeth and back for reduced friction and noise
• Additional coating can be added to the backside for more or less friction.
