MEGAFLEX ® T20 3000 - One-piece PU timing belt

Megadyne MEGAFLEX T20 PU timing belt with a length of 3000 mm and 150 teeth is an endless timing belt designed for precise power transmission and long durability.

This timing belt is made of durable polyurethane ( PU ) and reinforced with steel reinforcement, providing up to twice the tensile strength compared to a welded timing belt. It is ideal for high-speed applications, conveyor systems and heavy-duty machinery.

• Highly flexible reinforcement suitable for compact systems
• High-power reinforcement provides maximum tensile strength for heavy loads
• Kevlar or fiberglass reinforcement that is non-conductive and rust-free
  
  

Customization and purchasing terms

• Minimum width 100 mm due to mold, always invoiced for a minimum of 100 mm
• Option for nylon coating on teeth and backside for reduced friction and noise
• Additional coating can be added to the backside for more or less friction.
