Gates Quad-Power® 4 is a product from one of the world's leading brands in V-belts. V-belts in XPA profile are suitable for many machines in industry, agriculture and production, where stable operation is needed without frequent service.

The V-belts have a timing inner surface and beveled sides. This shape ensures that the belt fits perfectly in the pulley and transmits power evenly. This helps reduce wear and provides a longer service life than regular V-belts.

Gates Quad-Power® 4 XPA 825 Ld is made of a strong EPDM rubber that can withstand very high and low temperatures, oil and dust. The belt has polyester threads with very low stretch on the inside. This means that you do not need to re-tension the belt when it is installed. The V-belt is approved according to strict standards for oil and heat resistance, antistatic safety and environmental requirements (REACH and RoHS‑2).

Standards: This V-belt complies with DIN 7753, ISO 4184 and RMA IP‑22. It is antistatic according to ISO 1813 (ATEX approved) and complies with REACH and RoHS‑2 regulations.
