SPA V-belt pulleys
In stock you will find a wide selection of SPA profile V-belt pulleys with 1–6 grooves. We sell both V-belt pulleys with fixed hub and V-belt pulleys for taper-lock bushing, so you can choose the solution that best suits your machine or application. As standard, our SPA V-belt pulleys are delivered in cast iron, steel or aluminum, and we can also offer special production in stainless steel or nylon on request.
Our range includes SPA V-belt pulleys with 1–6 grooves for taper-lock bush in sizes from 1008 to 5050, with standard shaft diameters from Ø9 to Ø100 mm. We can also supply SPA V-belt pulleys without taper-lock, either as raw pulleys or with customized drilling according to your specifications. All SPA V-belt pulleys can be manufactured to special dimensions and according to drawings.
In our own workshop we offer professional machining and adaptation of standard SPA V-belt pulleys with 1–6 grooves. This can include drilling, spline, groove for v-guide, hub shortening, pinion screw and locking ring. This way we can ensure that your V-belt pulleys fit your design exactly and are ready for quick installation.

Convert to V-belts - Convert length from Li to Ld & La
Our online V-belt length converter is an efficient and reliable little tool for finding the desired V-belt length. The tool allows you to convert the length of the V-belt from its inner length (Li) to its effective length (Ld) and outer length (La), so you can easily choose the right size for your machine.
Using our online tool you can enter the inner length and in a few seconds get the effective length (Ld) & outer length (La). All you have to do is select your V-belt profile and enter the inner length of your V-belt.
Once you have entered these parameters, our tool will calculate the effective length (Ld) & external length (La) of the V-belt and show you the correct result. This makes it easy and quick to find the right size V-belt for your machine, so you can get back to work.
