PU coatings

We offer various surface coatings for timing belts in PU (polyurethane), which affect the resistance and durability of the timing belt, while a coating can target timing belts for different environments and transport tasks. A coating can affect the properties of the timing belt with regard to friction, wear resistance, hardness, as well as resistance to temperatures, chemicals and grease/oil. The series of PU coatings is available with different hardnesses and surface structures in smooth, structured and grooved designs, each developed to solve different transport tasks. Coated timing belts can be used to advantage where you want to replace traditional conveyor belt systems, as using a conveyor belt achieves high precision and performance. Timing belts with PU coating can be assembled and welded to your desired dimensions in the event that the standard range is not sufficient.
