Coated timing belts

Timing belts can be equipped with a coating of your choice, which means that the timing belt can be adapted to different transport and handling purposes. We offer more than 50 different coating types, including PU , Rubber, Felt, Foam, PVC and Silicone. It is also possible to reprocess a coated timing belt with e.g. vacuum holes & milling.

We offer customization for specific tasks and requirements such as environment, temperatures and friction. Coated timing belts can be custom-made to your specifications to suit your specific business. Contact our staff for more information. Together we will find the right solution.

Coated timing belts can be used to advantage where you want to replace traditional conveyor belt systems, as using a conveyor belt achieves high precision and performance. Coated timing belts can be assembled and welded to your desired dimensions in case the standard range is not sufficient.
