Round Belts with reinforcement

For applications with high loads and long belt lengths, we recommend using a reinforced round belt, as reinforcement increases the tensile strength and extends the life of the belt. In collaboration with BEHAbelt we sell a wide range of reinforced round belts in durable polyurethane ( PU ) or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material, which, depending on the area of ​​application, can be available with reinforcement in polyester, aramid (kevlar), steel or patented PU glass fiber. The different types of reinforcement have been developed for different industries and are used particularly in heavy industry, where there is a need to move many kilograms. We also offer food-approved reinforced round belts that are resistant to chemicals and can withstand high and low temperature conditions. 

Reinforced round belts are stocked in diameters from Ø6 to Ø20 and are available in different colors that indicate their hardness (ShA). Reinforced Round Belts can be cut from stock to customer-specific dimensions in open lengths of a minimum of 20 meters or assembled in our workshop by welding the belt together with an overlap or end lap. It is also possible to buy your own welding tool so that you can weld the belt together yourself. Try, for example, our Eergo, MultiTC, SG02 or SG03 tool or our portable welding kit, which includes a storage bag, welding tool, pliers and clamps.
