Timing bars allow the construction of customized timing belt pulleys and are used where the standard range of timing belt pulleys is not sufficient. We sell a wide range of timing bars in different profiles that can be manufactured according to your specifications and drawings. Timing bars are produced in profiles that match the belt profiles. We sell the entire standard program in metric and inch divisions and stock part of the complete program in profiles MXL, XL, L, 3M, 5M and 8M as well as T2.5, T5/ AT5 and T10/AT10.
Timing bars are used in many different industries, often in machine tools, packaging machines, printers, disposable machines, as well as in the food, paper and glass industries. Standard profiles are sold in aluminum and can alternatively be manufactured in steel, depending on the profile. We can also supply custom-made timing bars according to your specifications and in desired materials such as POM, PEEK and nylon. As standard, timing bars are manufactured in a length of 160 mm, and can alternatively be obtained in a length of 140 mm. We always guarantee personal advice, tailored to your project.
