Taper-lock bush

We offer various conical taper-lock bush, with a finished shaft hole and groove. Taper-lock bush make it possible to mount and dismount sprockets, V-belt pulleys and timing belt pulleys on a shaft quickly and easily. We offer a wide range of timing belt pulleys for taper-lock in HTD profile in 5M, 8M and 14M as well as in inch pitch in L and H profile from stock. Taper-lock bush are made of steel or cast iron and are available in sizes from 1,008 to 5,050, with standard shaft diameters from Ø9 to Ø100 millimeters. Our standard bushings are 3 or 4-hole bushings, which ensure good balancing and solid fixation. We also offer cylindrical taper-lock bush on request. Both cylindrical and conical clamping bushes are stocked in standard dimensions.

Splice: Carefully clean the bore and the conical parts before installing the bushing in the pulley. When installing the clamping bushing, tighten the screws by hand so that they clamp around the shaft and pulley. One of the advantages of this technique is that the pulley can be quickly and easily mounted and removed from the shaft while reducing axial alignment errors. Screws are included.
