AT10 Timing Belt Pulleys

We have a large selection of AT10 timing belt pulleys in stock, which are made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges. They can be made of stainless steel and plastic in, for example, POM or nylon on request. Timing Belt Pulleys are supplied both with and without pilot drilling. We also offer timing bars in AT10 profile in aluminum and stainless steel. The AT10 profiles are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many different applications, especially for indoor use in linear guides, crane operation and transport systems. 

A T10 timing belt pulley is used in conjunction with an AT10 timing belt. AT10 pulleys are available from stock for immediate delivery and fit AT10 timing belts in widths of 16 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm or 50 mm. We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard T10 profiles according to your specifications, sketches and drawings with, for example, splines, hub shortening, grooves for v-guides and drilling for shaft, bearing, pinion screw and locking ring.

All AT10 timing belt pulleys can be custom manufactured in other materials and sizes and with a surface coating of your choice. We offer anodizing of timing belt pulleys in aluminum, including natural anodizing, hard anodizing and black anodizing. For timing belt pulleys in other materials, e.g. steel, we offer galvanized and chromated surface coatings. AT10 timing belt pulleys can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by machining stocked standard timing belt pulleys or timing bars according to your wishes.
