By having the right tools at hand, you can give your timing belts the right conditions to last as long as possible and to transmit the most power possible. In this context, it is important to use the correct welding tool when assembling an open belt and the right measuring equipment to ensure that the belt is correctly tensioned when used in the belt drive. In collaboration with Optibelt, PIX, Breco and BEHAbelt we sell a wide range of welding tools for assembling timing belts as well as a large selection of different measuring equipment for belt tension control.

In some cases, it is not possible to disassemble an application to change the timing belt on the machine. Our welding tool is specially developed for on-site installation and service, which minimizes costly downtime and long splice times, as the timing belt can be welded directly to the application. We sell a wide range of traditional and temperature-controlled welding tools for joining PU and TPE profiles, such as BEHAbelt 's RS02 friction welder, BEHAbelt 's SG02 soldering iron or BEHAbelt 's HP01 heat press.
