Timing belts with pin joint

Save time and avoid long production stops by assembling your timing belts yourself quickly and easily on site, with our pin-joint system you can save a lot of time, normal splice time is approx. 10 minutes. When it is not, or almost not possible to mount an endless welded timing belt, a timing belt with a pin joint can be a good solution.

We can offer pin joint of the following tooth profiles:

Profile: T5 - T10 - T20
Profile: AT5 - AT10 - AT20
Profile: 5M - 8M - 14M
Profile: XL - L - H - XH

Also suitable for double-timing timing belts, coated timing belts and carriers. Timing belts with a different tooth profile are available on request. The maximum load is 50% of the maximum load of a welded endless timing belt. Please contact customer service for a non-binding offer or if you need more information.
