Megapower T2.5 342.5 timing belts are manufactured in accordance with DIN 7721. T2.5 342.5 timing belts have a metric toothing with a pitch of 2.5 mm, as well as a trapezoidal tooth shape and are made of thermoplastic polyurethane (T PU ) with steel or Kevlar® reinforcement cast endless without joints.

Megapower timing belts are produced using a high-tech casting process. The high quality of polyurethane provides excellent wear resistance and great chemical resistance. This combined with the galvanized steel wires forms the core of the T2.5 342.5 timing belt itself and helps to ensure the high tensile strength. This results in a timing belt that is extremely stable and durable.
