Megapower AT5 975 timing belts are heavy duty PU belts designed for precision drives and high load linear motion. AT5 timing belts have a metric tooth pitch of 5 mm and a reinforced trapezoidal tooth profile. The belt is made of thermoplastic polyurethane (T PU ) with embedded steel or Kevlar® threads and cast endlessly without joints.

The advanced casting process ensures uniformity in length and thickness, providing extremely stable operation even at high speeds. The strong polyurethane coating combined with robust reinforcement provides high wear resistance and long service life – ideal for demanding industrial applications such as CNC machines, automatic conveyor systems and robotic solutions.
