Bando Banflex® 5M 1220 – Compact, Precise and High Performance PU V-Belt

Bando Banflex® 5M 1220 is a specially developed, factory-made polyurethane V-belt with 5M profile and a length of 1220 280 mm. It is designed for high-speed operation with low vibration and quiet performance - ideal for modern and compact drive systems where high demands are placed on precision and durability.

This V-belt is identical in dimensions and function to Gates Polyflex® 5M and can therefore be used directly as a one-to-one replacement without any changes to the setup.

Manufacturing method – Factory molded vs. Cut from sleeve:

Banflex® is available as 1220 Made (factory cast) and Sleeve-Cut (cut from sleeve).
This model – 5M-280 La BANFLEX (Factory-Made) – is designed for use as single belts, also in systems with multiple parallel belts. When used in belt sets, all belts must be of the same type and manufacturing method to ensure optimum performance and length tolerance.
