Red PU round belt from BEHAbelt 80° ShA, is made of a slightly elastic material PU 75A. The is particularly suitable for conveyor systems and roller conveyors and for vertical shafts. Extruded PU 75 A Red round belt from BEHAbelt , the color of round belts indicates the hardness of round belts n. A round belt can be used to pull driven roller conveyors or as a conveyor belt. Red round belt FBRP75A can be easily welded on site and thus eliminates the need to disassemble the conveyor system or the machine to install a new belt. This reduces downtime and thus the costs associated with this.

Pruning
The ends of the V-belt are cut at a 90 degree angle using BEHAbelt 's angle pliers AS02.

Step 2. get std loan
The clamps, e.g. FZ01 Vario or FZ02, are mounted on the ends of round belts to ensure correct fixation during welding.

Step 3. welding
The ends are welded together, e.g. using. BEHAbelt 's EErgo paddle welding tool or BEHAbelt 's Multi TC welding tool. TPE profiles are welded at a temperature of 240°C and PU profiles are welded at a temperature of 290°C. Clamps can be removed when the material has cooled down.

Step 4. cooling
After the ends of round belts have been fused together and the material has cooled down, remove any bead at the splice, using BEHAbelt SE02 edge cutter or sharp knife. The expected cooling time is about 5-10 minutes. Shorten any cooling time by placing the belt under cold water.
