When a round belt needs to be replaced, it is often not possible to disassemble the machine. In these cases, it is crucial to be able to weld the belt on site. With the FBWEE043 EErgo Max set, you have everything you need to quickly and efficiently weld your round belts directly on the machine, reducing both downtime and costs. With this complete set, you can easily and efficiently weld round belts with a diameter from Ø8 mm and V-belts from 8x5 mm (M-profile) up to 32x20 mm (D-profile). 

What does the FBWEE043 EErgo Max welding kit contain:

EErgo paddle welding tool – for welding smaller profiles 
The included EErgo plate paddle welding tool is designed for welding round belts from Ø8 mm and V-belts from8 x 5 mm (M-profile) to32 x 20 mm (D-profile). With its variable temperature setting, you can easily adjust the temperature to the material you are working with. Paddle Welding Tool maintains a stable and constant temperature, even during prolonged use, ensuring a consistent, high-quality weld.

FZ02/FZ03 Fixing clamp – for positioning of the belt during welding
The set includes 1 pc. FZ02/FZ03 fixing clamp, which ensures correct positioning of the belt during the welding process, which is essential for a strong and durable joint. The clamp is compatible with both PU and TPE profiles, including round belts from Ø8 mm and V-belts from 8 x 5 mm (M-profile) up to 32 x 20 mm (D-profile). The clamp ensures precise 90° welds by holding the belt fixed while paddle welding tool heats and welds the ends together. When the welding is complete, the belt is held in the clamp until it has cooled, after which it is removed.

AS04 scissors - for precise and uniform cutting clipping
BEHA AS02 scissors (with stop) is a specially designed tool for precise cutting of PU and TPE round belts with a diameter of up to 12 mm. The scissors are equipped with a 90° cut and an integrated stop, which guarantees an accurate and uniform cut on the ends of the belts before welding. AS02 ensures that each cut is perpendicular, which is essential for achieving a strong and durable joint. The integrated stop function also prevents accidental shortening of the belt.

The ergonomically designed rubber handle provides a comfortable and secure grip, even during prolonged use, reducing strain on the hands.
