The T10 timing belt is made from premium polyurethane ( PU ), a material highly regarded for its exceptional wear resistance and long durability. This type of polyurethane in 92 ShA. is particularly appreciated for its robustness and ability to withstand daily wear and tear, as well as for its resistance to a wide range of chemicals.

Our Open Timing Belt in T10 profile, comes with built-in steel reinforcement. These reinforcements are strategically integrated to ensure that the timing belt can handle both light and heavy loads without changing performance.


Customized features


To meet diverse operating requirements, we offer this T10 timing belt in PU with a layer of nylon on the tooth side of the timing belt (NFT/PAZ) and on the back side (NFB/PAR). This layer helps to reduce friction and extend the life of the timing belt. In addition, we can add different coatings on the back side of the belt to handle special tasks – from smooth to non-slip surfaces, depending on what your machine requires.


Easy to assemble


Our T10 open timing belt can be easily converted to a welded timing belt using a melting tool, allowing you to adjust the length to precisely match your requirements. This flexibility ensures that you can achieve the exact length needed for your specific machine, minimizing waste and optimizing your production efficiency. Please note that a welded timing belt has 50% less tensile strength than open timing belts.
